Not receiving verification text / call

If you are not receiving a verification call or text please assure the following has been attempted.

  • Assure you have adequate cell coverage
  • Restart your mobile device
  • Send a sample text to confirm cell service

No longer have access to phone number used for authentication

If you no longer have access to your original phone number, click "Sign in another way" this will allow you to use the Authenticator App instead.

Note: The Authenticator App must be set up prior to using the Sign in another way option

I don't want to use my Personal Device

While we understand you may not want to use your personal device, it is part of the requirements for two factor authentication to work properly.
