What is Multi-factor Authentication?

The Personal Support Center is committed to ensuring your account is always secure in a world that technology changes everyday. You're account has recently been upgraded to Mutli-factor Authentication, or commonly known as, MFA or 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). MFA keeps your account safe by securing your account not only with a password, but also using a second tool for approving login attempts. (Such as: Mobile App, Email, Phone Call, or Text) You may have already experienced MFA logins as it is the global standard for securing many websites and web based services.

Though MFA may be new too you, rest assured the Personal Support Center is here to support along the way of the setup process.
