How To Eat Gluten-Free![]() At first it can feel a little crazy going gluten-free. I was very young so I don't remember alot of the changes. I don't even remember what wheat cupcakes and pasta and things taste like. My mom did all the work for me and I just ate all the food.
I would like to share with you a great brochure that gives lots of details about the gluten-free diet: Gluten-Free Diet Guide for Families by Children's Digestive Health and Nutrition Information Here is my page with a list of grains that shows the gluten-free status of different grains. The list is formatted so it can be printed and carried in a purse or wallet. I would have my mom help me write more here, but that brochure covers the gluten-free how-to very good! My mom said she wishes she had a nice thing like that when we started out instead of reading many, many sources to find good information. I can give you some ideas to get you by while you read this brochure, however. Pair these ideas with your local grocery sections gluten-free section. Hopefully they have Tinkyada pasta and Udi's bread products and you are in luck!! Breakfast
