My name is Mackenzie. If you came to my website today, you are probably wondering about the gluten-free diet. I am here to help you learn about the diet. I want to share with you a bunch of great tips so you never have to feel like you are left out. I can show you how you can go to birthday parties and eat at restraunts and always have happy tastebuds :)

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when I was 3 years old so I spent years saying, "Mommy, is that gluten free?". I just turned 11 years old so I am a pro at this! I can answer that question for myself now and I hope to help you learn the answers to that question. We have lots to go over, so lets get started!
