This is a director’s cut of Diamond and Pearl. Some new features are the Vs. recorder which allowed you to record battles. The GTS or Global Trading System came back and it allowed you to anonymously trade via the Wi-Fi system. Some of the Pokémon got new forms and two sets of trio Pokémon were added. Platinum is also set in the Sinnoh region.
